How to cancel or reschedule

Online appointments:

Via HealthBank or email info@oliviagracenaturopathy.com.au

In-person appointments:

Call (02) 6971 7780 (Body Mind & Soul reception) or email info@oliviagracenaturopathy.com.au

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: full refund or free reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the consult fee will be charged

  • After your consultation: no refunds available

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds are available for digital products (including ebooks and downloads) purchased through the Olivia Grace Naturopathy website.
