CANCELLATION POLICY

At Olivia Grace Naturopathy, we value your time and ours. Please review the following before your appointment.

To secure your first appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. For online consults, full payment is collected upfront. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

- More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule, deposit credited to account

- Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged in total

- No refunds are available after your consultation has taken place

Digital products

No refunds are available for digital products (including ebooks and downloads) purchased through the Olivia Grace Naturopathy website.
