CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduled online appointments with Olivia Grace Naturopathy must be made directly through the HealthBank website or app.

If you are attending an in-person consultation at Body Mind & Soul, please call the clinic directly to reschedule your appointment: (02) 6971 7780

• More than 24 hours’ notice: You will receive a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

• No refunds will be issued once your consultation has taken place.

Please note: No refunds are available for digital products (including ebooks and other downloads) purchased through the Olivia Grace Naturopathy website.
