CANCELLATION POLICY

At Olivia Grace Naturopathy, we value your time and ours. Please review the following before your appointment.

To secure your first appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. For online consults, full payment is collected upfront. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by email at info@oliviagracenaturopathy.com.au or by phone on (02) 6971 7780.

  • More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule, deposit credited to account

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged in total

  • No refunds are available after your consultation has taken place

My commitment to you

Every consult includes my full attention. If your case involves something new to me, I research it thoroughly and prepare properly. My recommendations are based on the information available at the time, alongside current evidence and clinical experience. Naturopathic care is individual, so an approach that helps in theory, or has worked for others, may not work the same way for you. If you are ever unhappy with how things are going, please tell me and I will do my best to support you and adjust your plan. Because you are investing in my time and expertise, not a specific result, fees for care already delivered are not refunded for change of mind or if you choose to cease treatment.

Packages

Package pricing reflects a discounted rate offered in exchange for committing to the full course of care. Unused prepaid package sessions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After this date, unused sessions are credited to your account or transferred to someone else, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Digital products

Refunds are not available for digital products (including ebooks and downloads) purchased through the Olivia Grace Naturopathy website.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
